Drove up to Boulder because the weather was wonderful. Its amusing to think that while. talking to some Europeans while I was in Europe, (redundant: re' duhn' dahnt --see redundant), the only way they could place Colorado was by mentioning Boulder...from Mork and Mindy.
Pop culture is the cavities to our collective teeth.
Boulder is a freak show. An enclave for hippies who have failed to notice that the sixties were in the last century.
Plenty of street performers and side-shows. Its a good time.
I went to get a pair of cheap sunglasses, but the shop I had sought out , and after some wandering, eventually found, was out of that style.
So I geeked on the weirdness, and bolted the center of left-wing liberal facisim in Colorado.
They don't even allow smoking in the city limits.
Some people think conservatisim is wrong. Some people think liberalisim is wrong.
I think extremism is wrong.
Hail to the people who make their own decisions, and leave others the hell alone.
Hail to the consensus of common sense.
Hail to moderation, moderates, and the middle.
