Saw the tally of the KIA Wounded POW and MIA today on the evening news. It reminded me of old news footage I've seen from the vietnam war. Trying to provide liberty for a people that just doesn't want us there. Geurilla fighting tactics by the opposition. Terrorizing their own people into compliance. Murky reasons for being in country, surreal ulterior motives by our government, manipulations by cartels and syndicates behind the scenes. Managing the news coverage. Escalation of troop involvement and commitment. Mistreatment of the POW's by "the enemy." Hostile environment. Now, which war was I talking about?
