Strom Thurmond RIP before/after Strom Thurmond is gone, and he should not be missed. He was a warrior, sad but true, respected on all sides for tenacity, unfortunately his tanacity was that of a neaderthal going after a bone that fell in the fire that still had some meat on it, misguided and foolish. We should not mourn his passing. His body should have been burned in a trash barrel with three crack-heads warming themselves by the heat it generated. He fought for regression and the lowest possible emotions within us all. He was an ass. Anyone that can campaign to be a leader of men under the banner of racisim, so much so to stand in front of the nation and say things about the "nigger-race" deserves nothing but contempt. He was a thug who fucked with anyone who crossed his path, which unfortunately counts anyone who was not a racist with backwards ideals. None of his token gestures fooled me, and likely fooled no one who knew him or his history in any fashion. Politicians could be the best of people at the best of jobs, but they are greasy evil weasels with hearts full of hubris, and do whatever is in the best interest of keeping them in a job. He should have been eaten by cannibals. He campaigned for, and brought the worst out of a nation that in years gone by, prided itself on being a bastion of liberty and idealism. Strom Thurmond could only be dragged kicking and screaming into the present, with his every waking moment spent dreaming of dragging us back to caveman times and ideologies. He should have been burned at the stake long ago. Now Society can finally advance.
