I suppose I struggle to understand the Southern mindset towards segregation and racism. Part of me says that this development puts the life of that neadethal in different light and perspective, railing for the segregationist cause while the whole time having a bi-racial illegitimate child. Its chilling, and dwarf's most 'child vs. career advancement' arguments.

And part of me says that it changes nothing about the man. He was scum.

Just because you live to be old doesn't mean you necessarily deserve respect. Just because you're dead doesn't mean your cannonized in absentia.

I wonder when we as thinking, feeling people will see the light, and let go of the shackles of hatred.  Just let it go.

It takes more energy to hold onto something, rather than to go about one's day.

Be oblivious to the stupidity that roams around us snarling like a giant wolf chasing the sun, trying to swallow it and plunge us into the darkness of the abyss.
