Diplomatic Gaffe before/after I wish that Paul Bremmer, or even someone at the White House had come out about the deaths of Uday and Qusay Hussein in a different manner. I don't remember the exact quote, but it was along the lines of "this is a great day," and something about, "we should celebrate,". Couldn't they have said something like, "Loss of life and violence in any capacity is regrettable, however, in this instance, I believe the world is a better place without them." In the future, posterity will look at the barbarism of this era with a hint of shame.
